Description
Anodizing is widely used in semiconductor and LCD process machines. When local damage occurs to the film of the anode parts used in the next-generation LCD machine, the entire part must be disassembled for re-coating. We introduce repair techniques for this local damage and can perform on-site local repair for the damaged anode parts. This may substantially reduce the time of recovery and the re-coating cost.
