To improve the quality of our services and make them more comprehensive, we decided to merge “Light Wing Tech Co., Ltd.” with “Long Band Precision Co., Ltd.” and the reference date of the merger is on August 1, 2020. The surviving company is “Light Wing Tech Co., Ltd.” and the dissolving company is “Long Band Precision Co., Ltd.” All the rights and obligations (including all the liabilities) of the dissolving company are resumed by the surviving company.

The purposes of the merger are the overall integration of customer groups and enhancement of the partnership with the suppliers, in the hope to respond to the changing market circumstances and customer demands more rapidly. We will make our best effort to satisfy your expectations and have committed ourselves to providing better services to you.
